First they had the water heater from my home listed in my rental and the rentals in my home.

I contacted Reliance numerous times requesting a bill for the break down of the buy out and warranties etc. I was transferred back and forth from billing to rentals and told I’d receive the documentations within hours. I continue to call and request a bill and eventually they sent my an email with the amount owing but stated they couldn’t send me a bill to the next billing which was 2 days after the closing date! It is now in the hands of our lawyer, I would have thought Reliance would have been more cooperative.
